This year, for the first time in the history of FIFA games, EA Sports are taking the bold step of releasing an official editor for FIFA 2003. Known as the "Creation Center", this downloadable program will allow you to edit/create players, teams, leagues, tournaments, kits, flags and chants for FIFA 2003. It also boasts a handy import/export feature which allows you to easily import other patches (known as "packages") as well as export your own packages to share with others.
Below is an explanation of some of the major features of the Creation Center along with screenshots. We are expecting the Creation Center to be available online approximately 1-2 weeks before the release of FIFA 2003.
Team Kits Screen [ Screenshot ]
This is where the user can create generic kits, or custom kits for any team in FIFA including the new teams that you create. You can use your own art, or patterns that we have provided.
Team Supporters Screen [ Screenshot ]
Use this area to add or edit flags and banners that appear around the stadiums and in the FIFA 2003 menues. You can also add up to two custom chants to each team. This is an awesome feature which means patch makers can include flags and chants for every team in their patch.
Team Info Screen [ Screenshot ]
This screen shows all of the players on your selected team and their attributes. It also allows you to progress to the Edit screen which allows you to add and edit players in your team.

Here you can create new leagues and tournaments.

The screen you use to edit your leagues. You can add and remove teams from leagues.
Team Roster Screen [ Screenshot ]
This screen shows the teams that are part of a league or tournament.
Import Package Screen [ Screenshot ]
Use this screen to import from other packages you download. The best part is that you can select which parts of the package you wish to import. For example, you may download a Premier League package but only want to import the flags and chants from the Chelsea team. This also allows you to import new leagues with out overwriting your existing leagues that you've previously imported or edited.

Here you can add players, transfer them from other teams, or just remove them.
Player Appearance Screen [ Screenshot ]
This is where you decide what your players look like. There are choices of 80 face types and 40 hair and facial types.
Player Info Screen [ Screenshot ]
On this screen you can edit your players name, age, height, position, favoured foot and other important information.
Player Abilities Screen [ Screenshot ]
Edit players attributes in order to determine their skill levels on this screen.
