EA Sports Requesting FIFA Fans in Cologne, Germany
You've seen me talking about the FIFA event taking place in the UK on March 8th, well now it is time for German FIFA fans to find out how they can also attend the special EA SPORTS event.
EA Sports will be holding the same special event in Cologne, Germany on Tuesday 18th - Friday 21st of March.
If you live near that area and want to join in with the team who are working on FIFA 2004, then make sure you send me an email for more information. This is a great opportunity no FIFA fan should miss out on.

Over at FifaKulte they have published a new Big patch called LFP Max 2. It's the biggest patch they've ever made and possibly the best French patch so far for FIFA 2003.

On the weekend of March 8th - 9th EA Sports will be holding a special event at the EA UK offices in Chertsey, Surrey (just outside London). This is a terrific opportunity that every FIFA fan who can make it shouldn't miss out on. EA will even be giving everyone who attends a free tour of the studios.
Not much updating has been going on over at FIFA Web Portal recently, but for good reason. The guys have been working on their new Boots Selector. It is tool that allow the user to easily import his or her own boots to any 12 players plus change the default boots in the game. They are also planning on releasing tons of new kits, boots, flags, etc in the near future.

Dan Bream (aka Breamster) has just published a Tutorial to accompany his Breamster Gameplay Patches. Also, he has created a Forum which can keep his work organized, and where people can post requests, problems, etc for either the Gameplay or Roster patches. The French website, FifaKulte.com has released two new programs. First, TV Enviro contains TV Environments of 8 TV channels and is tanslated into English and German. Sotiris Mitroussis from Greece has been playing FIFA soccer since the beginning ('96). He recently downloaded the Creation Centre and since he is an AEK fan he made a patch for his team.
The patch includes:

Dimitris from ECP has some great news. This time it's not directly concerning UCL patch but it will for sure bring new quality and feeling to the game. The last week here has been slow to say the least. Both Leo, our Downloads Centre updater, and Will, our main news reporter, have had computer problems. Ariel from Socceraccess has published his latest creation, the Menu Raptor. Menu Raptor will allow you to import bitmaps to FIFA 2003 and change the title screen or top menu background with just one click.

Ariel plans on releasing an improved version which will allow the user to change the legal screen and Club Championship backgrounds in the near future, but until then head over to Socceraccess to download the current version.
Hrvoje Bajlo, president of FIFA Web Portal, has released new kit templates for FIFA 2003. These templates were made to look like actual kits used during real football matches.
